Emulator Kings? Is that a name of the game collection from Famicom/NES or is it from PC DOS?
If NES, I'm not really sure if I play something like that..

I think I need to know what/which platform that game is really from and maybe you can recall the name or logo of the publisher/developer..or possibly the intro perhaps..

So, that means the game you played is built for the Famicom/NES platform, since you mention Adventure Island and Dodgeball game..I'm not sure if engine you said is refer to PC Engine or CPS game like from Capcom Arcade game..

That Dodgeball game is probably Super Dodgeball, made by Technos ..because I actually used to play it on Famicom-cloned game console when I was a kid...

About the game that you want to recall back its name, I am not sure if the one you played is actually a hacked bootleg copy or an unofficial or an unlicensed game for Famicom..So, really need to find any hacked bootleg games on the internet that look similar to the one you payed....
