guys whats the advantage of getting dividend credited monthly vs getting it when the FD mature?

If choose not to get dividend monthly, does the dividend being compounded into my FD amount? no right?

boss you did not answer my question. what I want to know is whether the interest rate paid monthly can be compounded ? I also know goes into SA.. im asking if i choose not to credited monthly into SA..how does it work..newbie here .thanks
