Hi, just want to ask anyone about FD upliftment about BSN (Bank Simpanan National)

I open the BSN FD at Malacca there, now currently at Sarawak. Is it possible to withdraw FD at BSN sarawak branches there?

I asked their staff already (At Malacca), they say can withdraw my FD anytime, anywhere. Meaning that can withdraw my FD at Sarawak.

So, I just want to double confirm, is it can withdraw my FD at Sarawak whenever I previously open my FD at Malacca?

This is because I feel their BSN customer service seems like don't have any communication each other and even branches. BSN Customer service (By Call) say can, BSN Malacca branches say can, just afraid BSN Sarawak branches there cannot~

Sorry, might asking a noob question. Is it possible request to withdraw by cash, but not cheque? This is because there is a withdraw charges if using cheque. (If I'm not mistake~ )

BSN at Miri branch there. Did the BSN service branches at Miri good?

BSN at Melaka one also damn inefficient too~ EPIC Fail~ Only not more than 10 people, still can wait more than 1 hour. The staff seems like so relaxing and slowly slowly serve their customers~
