QUOTE(nizam80 @ Mar 15 2008, 12:49 PM) Those comparison pictures look awesome. The cars look similar to their real life counterparts. Yea it's the F2007.. I wondered why it wasn't listed on the US version of GT5P's car list.Bro, that F2007? Is it really included in the US GT5 Prologue? Hmm... maybe as an unlockable car? And could the F2007 really be only 2 million credits ? Even the 430 costed about 27 million. * edit : Dang, looks like it's the real deal : ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() http://www.ene3.com/archives/021187.html QUOTE(acougan @ Mar 15 2008, 01:55 PM) wah! ferrari f1 car as a hidden bonus! so much credits! must go and copy ppl's saves just saw the F1 Melbourne Q4 results, sad ..... maybe this yr i wont watch it, boycott mclaren, boycott bernie's greed! QUOTE(nizam80 @ Mar 19 2008, 11:51 AM) aaron, i'm not sure bout it, but out of the 4 attempted online races last nite, i only got 1 error message. The other 3 are successful races. I usually choose a race where there aren't many players in it. (by referring to the 'no. of players' indicator on the left side of each race description). That's good news. Let's just hope the patch does not jam halfway like the first patch does, since this will be a huge update for Japan version adopters.. I'm currently saving up my credits too.... Hehe.... manalah tau, Japanese version will get the patch. |

QUOTE(sousuke @ Mar 29 2008, 07:04 PM) Same here man.. Have to check every 15-20 minutes, cannot sleep in peace QUOTE(nizam80 @ Mar 29 2008, 07:12 PM) Its about 1.5GB. You will notice that the GT5Prologue file in the Game Data Utility folder of the XMB will keep increasing each time the update fails. Once the update completes, the total size of the GT5Prologue file will be 6635MB. Whoahoho 1.5GB.. I guess I've to go my friend's place for his 4MB connection to download this then. QUOTE(Ninja @ Mar 29 2008, 07:50 PM) Whoa, did anything to your router settings to get this ? |

Top Gear Season 6 Episode 1! And it is now available for download, for free. Although it's an old episode, but still worth mentioning This post has been edited by adreanalyn: Mar 31 2008, 09:28 PM |

Anyone here purchased the F1 yet ?
Blazing acceleration and comes at 980 performance points.. Everything is maxed out. Acceleration, top speed, braking and turning. But 200 hard earned million just vanished like that But I didn't like the steering of the F1. Way too sensitive! *FYI I'm on controllers* |

QUOTE(rx330 @ Apr 15 2008, 10:23 AM) fuiyoh... so its the fastest car? Not the fastest, can't achieve the high speeds like the Ford GT LM Concept car by GT.. But accelerates like a.. F1. Turn down your speakers when you have the F1 and racing it on a track. It's loud. I mean, very very loud. Redline's @ 19.5k RPM. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(aaron5829 @ Apr 15 2008, 10:39 AM) Well, if you have practiced F1CE, then i dont think you will have any problem... Thanks. Will try harder to steer. But if you watch the replay quite "fake" la. The F1 is just.. how do you say.. you don't have to brake much compared to the other cars.. In the Daytona Speed ring, you can even turn the corners without braking at all, travelling at about 350+ km/h. And still in good control.BTW F1 car.. fuiyoh ! Added on April 15, 2008, 11:34 amHOpefully it's not posted yet.... Article from Top Gear : - http://www.topgear.com/content/features/st...ories/13/1.html QUOTE(nizam80 @ Apr 15 2008, 12:26 PM) adreanalyn, can the performace points be decreased to qualify it to enter the online races? And how far can it be decreased? Ok.. The highest performance point you can get is 983 points, where as the lowest you can get is 904 points. Not 700 points aaron Lot's of stuff you can't adjust on the F1, like the weight, the horsepower, ride height etc. Here is some pictures of the tuning menu : » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by adreanalyn: Apr 15 2008, 10:01 PM |

QUOTE(kelvinlym @ Apr 16 2008, 12:24 AM) The F1 can still steer in Daytona without braking because of downforce. The aerodynamics on an F1 car gives that characteristic. That's why F1 might not be the fastest but in terms of cornering ability it's second to none. The faster you go, the more downforce you generate (think reverse bernoulli's principle). Ahh.. It's been a long while since I last touched my physics book I think you missed out adding weights to the F1? Maybe then you might decrease the performance points further. Nope. You can't change the weights in the performance menu. It's locked. Scheiss drauf ! If you notice my screenshot properly, you can notice that the dial that could be adjusted has a white outer shadowing, and the ones that couldn't be adjusted would just be black. QUOTE(nizam80 @ Apr 16 2008, 06:00 AM) Thanks adreanalyn. I got the F1 car easily.More reason for me to quickly save up and get the F1 car!!! Hopefully PD are preparing an all Ferrari F1 online event in the upcoming week? Seems that the winning credits for the online event has been increased. I just won 5,000,000 credits for finishing 1st in the Daytona Superspeedway race (Pro). Only 3 cars were in that race though. Added on April 16, 2008, 6:02 am Beli bro, beli. Walaupun G25 tu masih jauh dari genggaman aku, tp aku yakin ia mmg amat berbaloi! I raced the first A class event, the Daytona track, where *before the update* awards you 2 million for the first place. Do it ten times a day. 20 million in your hands. The Ford GT, which I used, completes the 5 laps within about 3-4 minutes. So about 30-40 minutes a day on the same track, you'll get the F1 in just about 10 days.. * I know it gets boring, but what the heck, I wanted the F1 badly * Since now you said that it has been increased to 5 million, well, should be much easier !
