Is there any ranking system? How do they accumulate? By winning points?

I still haven't decided yet, to buy the JP now, or wait for Asian or US version.....

all my records were top 2000
donno how those japanese clocked so fast time

Only lap-time ranking?
How about online racing ranking points?
If no points accumulation from online racing, i guess not really syok la....

there are 2 types of race in online gaming

1st is the credit and the 2nd is time lap ranking

credit is like you race alone with AI and get the credit to buy new car. but with online you are actually racing with others instead of AI

the online is expanding...mind you that this is only Prologue

i believe this will answer some g25 question...

er.... it looks very hard to play with the G25 hor...

because he didnt use the cockpit view...

oh ya, i was wondering, if its cockpit view, the handling of the car thru the steering is different feeling?

it doesn't really matter if u how swim in deep or shallow water it the same.
And it's doesn't reallly matter if u driving in cockpit view or bumper view,
it all about SKILLs

Its easier to orientate when driving in cockpit view using a wheel

aiks! after downloading the the install file for so long, now got mandatory game updates/patches! those are taking a long time.

just got my ps3 and the first game bought is gt5p !!!

worth every cents eventhough still a prolouge ....

but sad case is i dont have internet at home


tried to race online via my friends iZZi and the experience was good !! but did experience lag in 1 or 2 games and also i'm always given the 16 place during startup .. dunno why ... is it due to my internet connection speed ?


what u guys think ? iZZi or steamy or others? cost vs reliability vs speed ...

^ due to our low ping to jpn based servers, we usually have low grid positions when racing online. actually, many europeans have also reported they have low grids as well. JPN ISPs gets the best grids

Using Streamyx here. No lag, but yeah, always started last.
There was once when I started first, and that's the only win I got so far online.
