Currently being motivated to be more active to hit the gym room and I need some guidance towards it due to I am damn new to it.

Pre and Post-workout food list?

Protein Shakes (Should or Shouldnt)

How many times should I go for gyms / weeks?

Nearest gym in Genting Klang? sad.gif

I am 18Xcm with somewhere 7X kg.... I hope to get some guidance from here . Your help is much appreciated .

*Sorry if I re-post or post it in a wrong way . Still new to here :/

Pre-workout? Post workout? Try reading about nutrition 1st.

Protein shakes? Refer above 1st.

How many times? As much as you can without injuring yourself.

Nearest gym?

Alena fitness near Petronas Taman Melati or Sri Gombak Power Gym.

Google can do well too.

pre-wo can be anything from coffee to oats, anything high in carbs or sugar laugh.gif
read the stickies, for protein prolly you can start with the cheaper ones like SAN, Prostar etc.

prolly you can go to bodybuilding.com to look for a workout plan because it might be hard if there isn't anyone to guide you, especially in ghetto gyms where trainers usually dont do much.
