QUOTE(Xirality @ Sep 17 2013, 11:18 AM) The lock and unlock feature is one of the smartest LG thing could have done. I hate fiddle with button every time lock and unlock LG should patent it That is one true innovation unlock method. Over long usage, power button tends to get loose up. Still , LG update for 4.3/4.4 will always remain mystery. And my guess LG Optimus G probably will stuck at 4.1.2 forever. Still, we'll see if there will be google edition.

It was release like last year, but local availability begins around HTC one release.

QUOTE(gogo2 @ Sep 17 2013, 04:44 PM) Not to mention, hard to find also. LOL True, Samsung and Sony are strong in TV Advertising. I think Samsung dominates the most. That's why its selling like hot cake. Not to mention they keep the removable battery and SD card storage extension which LG don't offers. Speaking of which I never see Sony advertise XZR on tv, instead they focus on XZU.

G2 does not have "comparable specs" compared to the S4, its out right beating it in every department.

G2 does not have "comparable specs" compared to the S4, its out right beating it in every department. have better spec doesnt mean itll be more expensive than s4. otherwise why wud samsung spend so much on advertising? indirectly they are passing back the advertising cost to you. whereas lg doesnt have such an aggresive marketing strategy, the g2 price as i mentioned in thailand is about 19900 whereas s4 is still selling at rrp now.

I'm not saying it should be priced more expensive, I'm saying the buyer should be more willing to buy even though it may be more expensive. If the buyer know that the product is better, why would he demand for a cheaper price before buying? Just because you know the product does not have brand awareness that is as good as the competitor? If you like the product you shouldn't mind paying more for it. Considering that G2 is a better product, paying a little more wouldn't hurt, would it?
