Some agent may be.

But for me last time, I bought 2 useless junk PCB and bunch of LED last time (IINM is through Cutie), and it arrive perfectly fine with no extra charges.

Cloud just confirmed the final shipping weight with me for the ikbc.

Syukur it is 2.5kg, the wastage is less than half a kg.

The rate is rebouncing back. I just asked him the rate (ytd), it already becoming 1.76.

If by monday the rate still rising, it may reach back 1.8 rate soon.

But since the different between the 2 is still quite negligible, just proceed ASAP to you can get the item ASAP and avoid met the long holidays.

Instead of cut the switch, I think you should try the hot swapping led mod as shown in china forums.
