Headhunter is something like Manpower or Kelly services. Search employee/worker for your client

QUOTE(goliath @ Jun 7 2006, 03:44 PM) Owh, okie. Now, I got it. Btw, mind to tell us how much is ur salary ? QUOTE(lawsh @ Jun 7 2006, 03:46 PM) coz something 'might' happen to your car Yea, I know that. so its safer to drive an old car whereby the things that might happen to it might not hurt you that bad |

QUOTE(jdreamer @ Jun 7 2006, 03:48 PM) Oh yeah, for headhunter, when you successfully close a deal, you'll get commission too. as for my pay, I'm a small f@rt in my company. I'm just helping out coz I don't really consider myself as a HR Executive. only RM1,700 This post has been edited by goliath: Jun 7 2006, 03:58 PM |

well, it depends on how much experience you have. you will get a basic pay + commission. so, based on experience, if you're good/vast experience under your belt, you could handle big deals (such as hiring manager for antother company etc...) . me graduated from uk.

just work your way up to manager post 1st.. then only consider the headhunter option.
