guys, need opinion/comment about Artic Freezer64 Pro. Sounds tempting. 3 heatpipes and pre-applied MX-1 and low noise fan.

ok, lets say my budget max rm200, what should i get? i'm casual overclocker. Noctua is the best i can get for that budget?
i'm still new in AM2 system..  |

ok, btw Tuniq, Noctua and Ninja, which 1 is the best if setting it as passive cooler(using low cfm,low dB fan)?
