Pls help !!!

I have AMD Sempron 2500+ socket 462 running in MSI KM4M-V Mobo, Seagate SATA 80GB, I GB Kinston DDR 400 RAM.

When I used the HSF supplied with the Processor, I get 61 degree C. The fan is spinning at 4500rpm.
Ehen I changed to Cooler Master Jet 7+, it still give a reading of 57 degree C.

If I am to compair eith the other forumer, I have a very hot machine.

All readings are by Sensor View Software. The System is stable at 36 degree C and the HDD is at 39 degree C. using both the AMD HSF and Coolier Master Jet 7+ All side panels are removed with my ceiling fan running.

Any suggestions ??? or ir the Sensors View Software is no good ???
