there was once, on a raining day, it hit 29C. i'll try to find my screenie. rclxm9.gif

That's crazy...i'm using Gigabyte P35 mobo also with E6300, and the temperature is insanely low at 32C sweat.gif , while Core0/Core1 are 53C/52C. Previously my Asus mobo gave me 44C+ (Core0/Core1 = 53/52) with the same CPU.

Right now i'm more concern with the Tjunctions temperatures, Core0/Core1 which are averagely ~15C higher than Tcase (CPU) temp. If your Core0/Core1 temperature are both <30C , that's IMPRESSIVE!!!  thumbup.gif
*

sorry but how do you check for those temps? doh.gif it's been more than a year since i last OC-ed my A64 3000+.. and that's like.. 1yr+ ago.. tongue.gif

QUOTE(irangan @ Aug 27 2007, 09:51 PM)
Aircond?
*

obviously. rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

a/c set to 24C.

without a/c, temps are averaging 31-33C.. tongue.gif

what do you think? unsure.gif

hey guys, tell me is this normal temp, coz i think it's too high

no aircon room

using e6300, Vcore at 1.225, FSB 450 (3.15GHz)
TT Big Typ 120VX set to highest fan speed
AC MX-2 thermal paste
idling at 42C, load can go 50C

high rite?
*

not high.. but it seems kinda weird to have those temps even after you used an aftermarket cooler with MX-2.. hmm.gif

QUOTE(toughnut @ Sep 4 2007, 12:29 PM)
last time my e6600 3.2ghz idle at 50C with BTVX lol. now idle at 32C with Xigmatek S1283 dual fan.

yeah, that's what im thinking of. improvement around 8-9C only from stock intel heatsink.

xigmatek very good huh? very big difference.... how much ah xigmatek?
*

xigmatek makes good HSF's.. they cost aroudn RM200 IIANM.. if you want a cheaper alternative, you can try the ArcticCooling Freezer7's.. they're around RM130 a piece.. good performance:value ratio.. tongue.gif
