Comparing to current market in Pj..lets say pj8 rental is around 4psf..4 yrs down d road...u can speculate it will b much expensive due to inflations etc or d other way more conservative thinking..stagnant rm4 psf due to competitive rental market...whichever way..still doable to hold it for long investment..m2c

See..it's 4 years down the road..nw rental in prime location like klcc residential easily 5.5-6.0psf..in 4 years it's going to cost even more..So of coz rental in other areas will follow unless in a place where supply more than demand than too bad.
In my opinion it's wiser to buy smallest units where future tenant might compromise on size of units.other service apartment 500sf + can put 1+1 bedroom so this 600sf actually has room to renovate into that..900sf is ideal for own stay though..
Oh ya..seems like in their terms owner cant renovate to break down any wall or to add any partition..then juz follow the floor plan with 1proper size bedroom la.
