Yes, but it will not able to utilise our Malaysian LTE network as its using Snapdragon 800 8274AB chipset.

Pls take note, Mi3 uses 8274AB chipset and not 8974AB chipset.

if you been following Xiaomi updates, currently only HongMi aka the new official english name #RedMi is selling in Hong Kong & Taiwan.

The Redmi should be consider as entry level phone rather than early products.

Let's waiting for SG introduction of RedMi. See whether the hype will be there or not.
