No one can access your windows. Once your windows is ready, your will need to continue the setup and to create administrator password.

The server is under US tiptop dedicated server and do you think they can access your?

I have been with them for almost 2 years and they promise their guarantee.

if your broker is not bucket shop, it should not be problem to withdraw.
