I cant redeem the $25, I already tried all the steps given, connect to USVPN and so on, it just wont let me key in the redeem code, it will automatically jump to error saying "Gift Cards are not available in your location".

Source: Technician from SiS Distribution in charge of HTC repairs.

1. The HTC One camera issue is a hardware problem.
2. Right now, HTC has a new part number for the camera, which will be used to replace the faulty cameras.
3. It is a KNOWN ISSUE, HTC acknowledges the problem.
4. Get yours replaced if you have problem, because HTC themselves says it is a hardware problem.
5. Stop listening to rumors and other people saying 4.3 will fix it, its a software problem, iso setting problem, etc.
EDIT: cineSensor date won't tell you the part number. The 'new camera' they are using is still the same Ultrapixel unit, just improved to address the problem.

hi bro, may i know did SIS replace the battery cover as well? i mean the whole back aluminum frame? because they did replaced mine , i asked eh, i tot replace camera module only , why u replace the aluminium frame as well??

everybody should be careful when charging your phone with powerbank. try to use the original cable. even i didn't have any problem when using my powerbank with others phone, you must be careful when using it with htc one. my phone was having problem with the usb port after charging with powerbank. it wont charge unless i turned my phone off or reboot and it wont connect phone to pc. so i need to replace the usb port to use my phone again

I think cheap or expensive also no different. So better go with cheap 1. I bought spigen brand, and oh well.... scratches on the screen protector even I dint put key with it just pocket and phone. Now after 4 months, bubble start appearing inside the protector. It is worst than normal screen protector

Just went to kelana Jaya sc.  The technician informed that some devices need to change the motherboard with camera module only can fix the camera issued.

For my case, due to unlock bootloader and my bootloader is s-off status.  they said my warranty are void although the defect was hardware problem.

The motherboard cost rm 6xx!!

yup. i need to replace the usb port. But htc centre refuse to change it for me as my bootloader was unlocked.
