Hmm... what i can think of currently.

Should:
- FFARR logo
- FC crest
- Name of FC of course
- If possible ARR Tonberry King picture big/small depending which looks better
- Keep colours simple? Not too messy
- The banner will link to official thread/site
EDIT: - Server (forgot to add since our name already has the server name )

Optional:
- Master and officers names but this might take up too much space so not really recommended.
- FC type Hardcore+Casual (or a better way to define it)
- FC member type: International
- Play time zone GMT +8 (for now i guess since mostly us only)

P.S. Rosa, do you want us to actively search members? Or how is your plan on recruiting others? Ask and you shall receive kinda thing?

there will be newer servers but i suggest you guys try to enter tonberry since it has high english speakers in the server

I heard they will be adding new servers.

As for which server you would join, are you going to a JP, NA or EU server? We are currently in a JP server with many oceania players so it not all japanese players. If you planning to join the newly added server in JP, best to check where oceania players will be going unless you have no issue talk/type in japanese.

We are in JP server cause it gives us the best connection. If you are planning to join NA/EU server i think should be no issue to join a new server, however probably most if not all members here would not be playing there. We can still help you out in the forums no problem~ not very sure we can help on duty finder with other servers yet. Will need test once SE tweak it.

I just found out that i'm almost 50 everything....

i actually thought of assigning someone to shout, but then i think.. hm.. this method.. not so good plus i dunno if anyone would want to do it

Yeah i think recommendation is best. How about having a recruitment week or day? I don't mind shout to add people if i am online at the time. Day is certain day of the week (weekend seems best) and week will be all days on the 1st week of the month.
