actually previously i am using uob one platinum, ocbc titanium, and mbb2cards amex together for petrol because my monthly petrol usage is about rm800-rm1k...

if like that... ill consider applying citibank card for the petrol...

sj0217 means uob one card offers additional 2% if you pump at bhp (5%+2%) in which citibank doesn't offer.

no, but you can use your uob smart$ to deduct the gst.

even the smart$ is less than RM50 still can deduct?

you need to accumulate your smart$ to have at least rm50 first.

i mean, i paid more than rm500 for petrol per month..
1 uob card is not enuff to get the rebates..

for platinum, the smart$ is capped at rm400 for bhp.

during your application, you should have strongly emphasized to them or warned them that you will cancel your card if they give you another card type other than classic card.

if you try to call the cs now to request about this, i am sure that they will ask you to retain this card saying that you may call to waive the annual fee later on when the time comes (when it's charged).

yes, but it also depends on the cs you deal with (some cs is terrible) and/or your total usage of the card (how much your card contribution to the bank).

My card just got charged GST RM50 this month as it has been a year already..

I believe my annual fee has been waived because I have swiped more than 60 times already since last year when i received this card..

Anyway, i am wondering, the Government Service Tax (GST) is not waived, right?
