Total 8 show units...steep staircase, can't even visit all n no serve food so left becoz too hungry

Link house still have about a dozen unbooked units

Cannot compare with SEH n EM, is it, all fully booked within one weekend...Haha

Congrats!

Should have paid the RM10k entitlement asked last time....hesitating over the location n concern about the low foreseeable future rental demand if unable to flip

Maintenance fee at 10-12 sen acceptable but will surely go up in future

The furnished show units are pretty well done, quite classy, the design is either u love it or hate it, only complain is for three storey with steep staircase...not for old man

Personally, doubt I will stay here unless after retirement

G&G, no fence between houses, guard will intercom owner before allowing visitors to enter

Link house 3+1 rooms, 3 storey, first floor whole floor master bedroom. BU 2385 to 2625 sf. Should be RM8xxk now, not RM900k becoz now with 8%+1% rebate. Should be RM3xx psf bs RM290 psf for EM

Bungalow 5+1 room. BU 3333 to 3657sf

Maintenance fee 10-12 sen psf

Access after Tiara East pass by the Taman Tasik

Club house fully completed with 8 show houses, furnished and unfurnished

From the Star today:

Its other project in Selangor is known as Diamond City in Semenyih. The RM2bil project, which was launched officially over the weekend, received overwhelming response with some 60% of the offered units sold.

Country Garden Properties (M) Sdn Bhd managing director Chai Keng Wai, who also represents Mayland, said he was confident that the remaining units would be fully taken up in “a few weeks’ time.”

He said people had booked most of the units since the soft launch of the project last year.

Prices for its link houses, bungalows and mansions range from RM378 psf to RM430 psf while built-up sizes start from 2,300 sq ft to 8,600 sq ft.

The first phase of Diamond City sits on a 40ha tract and counts a clubhouse, a Spanish-style commercial street and an infinity pool as some of its facilities. Its selling points include its Spanish-inspired design as well as ready-built show village and amenities.

Country Garden is one of the top 10 developers in China and has more than 20 years of experience in township development.

Agree with you especially on the stairways, not only narrow but very steep...if not so fit walk up to third floor sure sweat.gif

Their danga bay project, they organise so many social activities for the owners at the clubhouse...how come this project none?

If this is under strata title, owner will not be getting individual title but the title will state the number of shared units only. Any renovation will need to get approval of the JMB...
