I don't think so. I was there at the soft launch around 10.30am, all the link houses are gone. I was desperate n somewhat furious because I have paid the 2k booking fee but was not given the chance to even ballot. Many SA kena scolding that day. But I was desperate to get a unit,  so I even asked some SA bluntly If they have units to let go, but the answer i received was disappointing but extremely glad, they all said NO. For internal staff booking they have to pay 10% n  sign snp immediately.

SA know nothing. The existing cctv vendor had already pulled out from doing this task. What you need to make sure is that whether your s&p has indicated "Cctv" surrounding in the area or not.

Maybe need to write an email to their HQ in jb - to clarify uncertain things like cctv, maintenance fees, club house fees n etc. Too many "hidden things" by CG!!!

My SA still insist that there are cctv at front n back of EACH house.
