Firstly, OTP for linkhouse has cleared indicated lot size is less than 20*70. So what the h*ll are you trying to highlight here?

2ndly, cctv - What do you know about cctv project in cg semenyih? And asking us to trust SA? wtf how well the SA know about cg internal news? Did they know their top line staffs - Kayson, chua, zhang? phew...be silent if you know nothing.

lastly, club house. Did anyone of here talked about clubhouse?

In short, we are here to share whatsoever info that possible will helps buyers to make further decision (whether how accuracy the info it is, they analyze/clarify with CG but NEVER do it with SA!).

I think you have reading issue. You're not even know what is the different between OTP & S&P. About cctv, CG will not stupid to inform buyers that "cctv is only cover at guard house". That's buyers right to clarify directly with CG staffs but NOT SA as SA won't care but highly possibility will say something behind the scene. I'm here to trigger/highlight all these to buyers so at least they can directly check with cg staffs.so this called speculate? What a chill banana under growing.
