Hi all, Im planning to buy a bungalow from CG diamond city. I was told by few banks that the current bungalow price was over market value and loan will only approved at max 85%. No chance to get 90% at all.

Unit will open batch by batch and so do the price might increase batch by batch too. The 20x70 link house after discount selling less then Rm600k. Corner unit add rm150k, end lot add rm50k.

Country Garden's got very beautiful landscaping. I like it. Way much better than most housing/township projects in Klang Valley.
