I heard about RM900k as well (not confirmed) but when I visited the sales office / show house December last year, the SA approached me RM7xxk.

Kind of agree with you that the the internal layout look crammed. The built-up is made up by having 3-storeys.

+1 landscape is nice but the internal layout of the houses (those early phases ones) is unacceptable.
