No one in malaysia will trust anything from china. Yeah maybe a few bunch of con case and bla bla bla.
Honestly if i were to compare malaysia and china. Malaysia is damn outdated on everything. Until now im happy for the sales person that invite me to the VIP launching even though im not a VIP . He does help me to get a unit. Saw the show unit comes with touch screen electrical switch. Im getting those from china as well is super cheap there and is controllable by wifi and RF frequency using android and iphone app |

I feel the management are just plain dumb for opening up the club house to anyone but not to certain few.
Look at the damage in 1 month time and the quality of the club house even before the house are ready. |

What beans to spill bro. All developer also act the same always have internal vip launching before open up to public.
Even if they dont have vip launching still they open up and sell to contractors, bankers, lawyer and so on , is the same here. Nothing to be fuss about. I've seen many so called buyer during launching making a mess there. Maybe they are from other developer. Saying rude words to salesperson. They even scolded sales person why selling house wearing sport shoes and so on. So should a sales person selling a house wearing a prada, LV, gucci shoes? or not to wear anything. hope so. looking at the current state of club house being damage in fast pace by the kids is sad. Look at all the chairs so dirty. Look at the pool table now sigh
