hai, everybody, i got a problem about maxis internet charges.

I using postpaid number (not broadband) put in my Maxis USB modem,  it is max RM250  capping or not ?

example 1,

i use 5GB , 5GB = 5242800KB,
so , 1 KB = 1 Cent, i need to pay RM 52428.

I ask maxis officer, somebody say that no capping, i need to pay RM52428.
the RM250 capping just for "mobile internet package" , if i use Maxis USB Modem, i can not get it .
the officer tell me, RM 250 just for use handphone online only, if use usb modem , i can not get it. 

But another officer tell me i can get RM 250 capping, either i use 5GB or 50GB per month, i pay RM250 only.

in p1, i dun know the mobile device include USB modem or not .

so , if i use 5GB in a month, how much i need to pay?

Casual surfer plan is slightly better lah. 4GB + 4GB

suggestion: can someone share /paste/make an example report so more people can use that report by copy and paste..same format, same standard..some people (including me) is not very good with writing

Just 150 reports for 2 days, not that much as i expected xP.

Not even 0.1% of the Biz users.
But yes, SKMM is slow now. From my experience, SKMM takes action about 2 working hours after submitted the report. Mine report was handled after 5hours.

Guys when you submit your complaint, don't only target SKMM, use all resources
BPA is one of a good one, i had positive respond last time when Maxis did this to all data plan users including RM99 Unlimited data. Do you finding and research before go against them.
