DL speed run close to QOS, so i want to change to higher capacity's sim & modem. LOL

my Biz99 speed throtled down to 100 KB/sec after 30GB, last time after 30GB download speed remain strong.

I don't think your SIM matter as 16000 is really weird
Not sure is a MDMA bug or etc, you can go ahead and change, shouldn't affect your plan status
