i don't think need to sign with MS rite, since MS never have license for xbox in malaysia. better to consult with lawyer.

dude you need some sort of licensing agreement between you and ms... the consoles that you buy are for non-commercial use only.. same thing with the games.. .. ms malaysia doesn't deal with the licensing of the consoles and the games so you might need to shoot off an email overseas....

i've been to one Xbox (not 360) cafe in SG not long ago, nice environment & lighting, loads of game, pay using Tapz card (like touch n' go for video arcades & cc). u might wanna check it out, its in the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station

In Korea, besides PC-bang (PC room, or as we call it, cyber cafes), PS2-bang and xbox-bang are very popular and are dedicated console gaming centres with large screen LCDs, smoke-free environment, nice comfty sofas, and fully equipped with mock-up racing cockpits, force feedback wheels, guns, swords, eye-toys, and every other imaginable peripheral. They provide memory cards (belongs to centre) and as a registered member they will assign you with your own memory card which u cannot take it out of the centre.
If I remember correctly, it cost about KRW2,000 per hour (that's about RM6.50 currently). |

but one thing still cheaper compare normal cafe bcoz 1 PC already cost at least RM 3000 for gaming and XBOX 360 only RM 1450 but the game is expensive |

technically u can open shop like that..but first thing u have to check which area u gonna open that shop if it under DBKL or Ampang Jaya or Petaling Jaya district bla..bla..u have to had license from them..the rest is no problemo...as long u using all original stuff..no problemo...

Hmm , as i know few years ago , shops with provides consoles gaming are allowed , widely available , but nowadays , i heard most of them closes because arent allowed ..huh ? and btw , there's another shop here in kuching , but it's just like a secret pathway.....hmm....we cant get the license from malaysia as i know.
