You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account

Malaysia is not supported by Square Enix.
Therefore most of us Register a Europe version - Uk and etc.

But still important. What's your game version?
If US then you have to create a US square enix ID
If Eu then you have to create a EU square enix ID.
even there's no region lock but u need to register according to your copy.

pbbseller I think is Europe . But it's better you give him a call to double confirm

i think most of retail are selling europe region demand the cheapest to purchase monthly access
