By the way, im planning to request a one to one exchange based on this problem, but worry it is not a main problem and the shop dun accept my request

I just booked a laptop called gs pro which cost me rm6750 as my boyfriend birthday present at 2 months ago, Yesterday I got a called from the seller that product gs pro are not enough stock at the moment, he asked me to downgrade to normal specification. He told me that is just graphic different and without rage. Because of rushing handle over the present by next week, I don't have choice but to accept it with the price of Rm5400.

because of the delay and fully payment given. I wanted to know badly some answer which keep annoy and worried for months.

1, Did the delay arrive of the product really have to be in such long waiting list?
2, Do I paid overprice for the product?
3, The thing called graphic and rage really does not effected anything?
4, Anything else do I need to aware of?
