I just go in reverse - I unbloat the stock install and clean the registry myself rather than start fresh. So I dun know how to help you bro. What's the problem you are facing dinraxxx? You want clean install but want with all the msi apps? Why don't you try refresh installation or recovery (f3) function?

If the question is about doing clean reinstall, then you will just need to get a win8 oem installer and google on how to install it from USB drive.
