Well its something I hope to avoid. Because the WLAN card is located underneath the keyboard. Don't feel like prying the top control panel to access it. I don't like chipped plastics on my laptop Sigh...

Well the good news is they have provided me the drivers only package of their latest suite. I'm currently testing them out. If they are good, I'll post them here for everyone. Of course if I get their permission.

At this time, I'll say the Killer network management software a POS. Why would you want to QoS network activity from within your laptop?

I think I have finally found the problem. Its the ESET NOD32 Antivirus's fancy protection that is causing the problem. I didn't suspect it initially because I have never experienced problems with ESET and also I'm only using the plain vanilla antivirus edition, not the Smart Security/Internet variant.

Anyway to those who are having similar issue, I believe one or two of you reported such issue in previous posts, I'll recommend that you check your antivirus. For ESET, it is the HIPS, Anti-Stealth and Web-Access Protection that caused the random disconnection.

I didn't suspect its antivirus because I didn't think it would affect internet connections. I only know smart security versions or the ones with firewall would affect. But not a regular antivirus application. Besides ESET never gave me any problems. Ever.

I mean the ESET antivirus never gave me any problems. 

I'm trying out Avast!. Been reading that it has light footprint and good performance.

Well I certainly don't wish this on you but I have read about hinge issues on some GT60 and 70. In their case, the hinge to seize and jam up without any warning. The display can't be closed.

Anyway it might be good to bring it in for a check up. If its not normal, at least they can look into it.

331.40 seems fine on my setup. 

I am interested in GE60-2OE.
But it's said that this one has extremely short battery life.
Can someone confirm this to me?

Sigh, Nvidia 331.40 giving me TDR errors like every few minutes... Not worth for just BF4 Beta with one map so went back to 320.49... Stable as a rock.

GS70... Too large. I want portability. The price is further from my budget too.
