Hi guys,

Just brought a refurbish nexus 7 2012. everything is great on first day, then could not get youtube, play store....it show error occurred. my version is 4.4.4
Any idea what could be the problem and any solutions. By the way I am not very tech savy, appreciate your advise, thank you
