My Nexus 7 2013 having really bad problems now.

a) It won't charge even with the original USB cable & wall adapter. I have to turn off the tablet while the charger is connected, only then it will charge (shows the battery charging icon). I have tried other cables/adapter still no luck.
b) When connect to PC or Mac, the Nexus 7 is not recognized so I can't transfer files.
c) Charging real slow and then battery is discharging faster than normal. On standby can last only 2 days, before this standy can go for 3-4 days.

Running Android 4.4.2

Anyone else having the same problem? Not sure if this is a hardware issue or software/firmware problem.

I've flash stock (4.4.2) + unroot. Lock bootloaders, unlock bootloaders, root, busybox is there, used root checker and confirmed that I am rooted.

Then I tried again, using Wugfresh Nexus Root Toolkit function to boot temporary into custom recovery (TWRP). Selected install and choose the zip file for wifi tethering. Still the same result. It gets stucked when booting up at the 4 circles. Wait 5 min oso no diff.

Lucky this time I backup nandroid.

my nexus 7 problem with charging port/battery
i did try charge normal, other charger (my nexus 4 charger) last via pc (usb)  and leave it around 2 hours.. but still battery flat no charge. where can i get component/replacement/repair place ?
im staying at klang,selangor.
