I think i get a lemon lala...   No rattling or crack sound in the interior... Even my honda fan friends sit my lala say Y my potong no sound geh...    Sometimes got sound when go over speed bump only...

I notice earlier batch is much better.. But still the A pillar will make noise sooner or later..my b pillar okay also.. But somehow newer batch many complain.. Perhaps cut somemore gua... Me dun have newer batch to diy.. I dunno lo.. Haha

if wanna sexperiment my lancer u can check it out to see the A pillar and B Pillar.. but i doubt u wanna check it out since u sudah DIY..

mine also making noise...last friday sc fixed for me...adding foam at the wood panel....now new sound started
about the sound from the engine....they say it's from the actuator and it is normal....even compared with another car.....best thing is none of u guys having this prob 
good thing is i dont have to pay labour charge......the guy kautim for me

Actually proton cut of a lot off sound proof padding.. The handbrake area, if u remove proton one kosong.. Whereelse lancer one u can see pads..

and sound from B-pillar and dashboard A-pillar is a design flaw.. A pillar metal to metal joint.. Where we jit some silicon gel or glue to reduce the sound.. B pillar is the seatbelt move up n down part .. B pillar not all kena but A most will kena..

As for more sound.. Its actually thanks to the localize white clip.. Open up any part u will see part A secure to part B with a white clip in between.. The white clip is vibrating due to the size not 100% match.. So what I did was remove the white clip.. Put some double side tape.. Foam type.. So it fill up the gap.. Then place back the clip.. This should eleminate a lot funny sound..

hand brake sound proofing... that's a first to me (from original manufacturer that is)

welp, i'm gonna be spending a fortune of sound proofing, entire car strip down etc so... i guess it'll be covered lol
i've seen the inspiras at howiechoo , (yes multiple ones) doing full sp with the car strip down to bare bone hehe
