I have some frens with i3 proc have the same prob with alt tab problem.

Shift tab ok though

make ppl cant click or smtg...I didn't shift tab to open msg anymore so im not sure :/

In this day and age of gaming, you guys still using alt-tab and in-game-steam chat?
Just use Windowed Borderless option for dota2, never have problems on alt-tabbing ever again...

I meant for both la. And I rarely ever use the shift-tab steam overlay, since its so buggy.
I just alt-tab into main steamchat window then answer there.

that's weird, i dont have problem. only sometimes some chat window disappear....

u also know its buggy lol...

steam overlay has been buggy for years, older steam users barely ever touch it.
alt tab is the best and most reliable tab switching.
sometimes it get stuck in overlay and can never come out, so we just gave up on it

shift tab is working fine for me.

So far no DC problems since I been playing in Singapore, but could be the patch. Was getting them a lot in Malaysia.

your ISP. because i, we also connect to SEA server, I never have disconnection issue. even have is my connection DC (I minimized dota2 and see the network icon is dc)

I used to stay at 1 taman, consistent dc every ~45-50min; last time played at flying spaghetti monster and dota1, once dc will get banned and unable to reconnect back to game. call 100 ask technician to fix, he do something setting able to fix it, but after 2-3 weeks comes back.

Now stay at other taman, no such issue alr. some time used to have DC, probably 1-2x per day. Some say is bcos the peer setting in BT client cause it due to too much connection. I not sure. but as long as RC back to SEA, it is not a problem. my pc is pretty new and fast loading god bless!

All I know is long time ago like last year no lag problem...but of course longer to find match la...
