so if you buy there that means you should get preorder key only

if you buy collector edition you should get the artbook

and there's 2 code the 18 digit and the 20 digit
first I use the 18 digit into the preorder website
after that SE email me an early access code which I used on the link provided in the email
so what do I do with the other 20digit code that comes in the box with the game?

how long will it take for the duty finder to put me in a team?

let's say that I'm tired of waiting for the duty finder to assign me to a team to enter the dungeon, can I just abandon the job/quest?

I think it's part of the story quest where I have to enter the dungeon satasha
but there's like lots of people gathering in front of the dungeon and the duty finder is taking quite long
so if I don't enter the dungeon will this effect my gameplay?

okay, goes back to the dungeon as soon as I can login to the world again

Do we have to wait at the entrance while the duty finder is readying duty?

Was going to do other things but all the other players seem to be waiting and crowding the entrance so I thought it's a must to wait haha

phew finally did the first dungeon with the duty finder
all the members in the party must be first timer coz every member seems to be acting solo even in a party

wow, this just keep getting worse, tried logging in at 2:18 AM and even the start button is greyed out and still getting lobby server connection error
