Between i 175, 82kg. Body size type was average, cox all the while i was running, basketball and badminton. Just now i wan build some muscle after i watch "Unbeatable"- 激战

Jokes aside, the instructions for fat burners would be stated at the bottle. Most people consume it in the morning and 1 before workout. Don't know how it might suit you, however.
Pre-workout, definitely for before workout.
Post-workout, definitely for aftet workout.
Best if you ascertain your goals 1st, and start your way from there. Losing fats and building lean muscle mass is two diff direction tbh.
