Can ps 3 play this? or only PS 4 and PC?

Any1 care to share experience playing with PS and PC?
I was ex-Wow players so familiar that PC is more versatile in terms of chatting and what not. How does playing using PS sounds? Furthermore I plan to play the trial with my brother's PS4. Which version Malaysian play ? US, JP, EU ? Thanks in advance |
