Hi guys, really wanted to play after saw the gameplay of the Gunbreaker. Just a fast question, is this the version that included the base game and all the expansion?

I've activated my bank card (Hong Leong Bank) with oversea online transaction (debit card) but the payment couldn't went through, any idea on this?
