Is this the Mixed Development that goes 63 floors?

This mini klcc would bring prosperity to tm1 shoplots!

And this area will be super poking jam... Citizen... Skyville... Petalz... Millerz....Riverville, TM 2, The Nest....all vp soon...

Stated there 2 block of 53 storey condo and 1 hotel...

Sound scary and horror...

Hopefully. Else no mini mall will survive within that area...Consider good sign.

the overall structure would be 67.5 storey in total...imagine if each storey is 12 ft tall that would be very very tall in real..

Become a landmark...Next time people ask u where u stay, u answer beside Puchong twin tower or Puchong KLCC...

Hows rental demand doing in TM1?

we heard another new development beside TM2 is coming soon codename lapangan, small piece of land is cleared out - right opposite shell. this place is going to be very prosperous!

Cannot recall any Shell Petrol Station along the road, Caltex yes, Petron yes.
Let me refresh my memory when I am passing by the road next time.

if not mistaken, shell is beside petron, right opposite TM2 and the new development..

quite often receiving prop agent sms offering ready tenants...not too bad..the shops another story..
