Yeah, even the superlinks at Garden Manor sold out within a couple of hrs on soft launch 2-3 years ago. T&t has strong fansi.

Similar outcome to Three28, most of the small units or good location units gone before launch..

Yeah, but I'm talking the entire estate albeit only 40 odd units.

Wow sold out and I've already received two emails from them until today received the third one.

Just cut the crap. It's overprice and not yet sold out.
