Yes. Price of house in sierramas and valencia is expensive.

rm750 psf for condo is quite normal for sierramas. this place is more high-end than mont kiara. many dato and big bosses stay there. a very standard type of bangalow (no swimming pool) there few years ago already hit over RM5 mil+. mostly should be buy for their daughter and son. want their young generation stay close with them. our mcx main AV actor also stay there

Is this freehold or leasehold? This Sierramas some parts are freehold and some parts are leasehold.

Land oledi cost > 400 now. 750psf for condo is cheap there. Just like dpc. Dun expect anythg cheap. I vestedthere b4. I can tell u its worth looking even if its at 850psf.

freehold. located next to SW clubhouse, so some units can get glimpse of the cemetery. almost zero facilities - residents are to use the SW clubhouse, where part of their monthly maintenance fee will go to.

Checked with SA few mths ago, but SA told it was sold out even b4 launch, heard most buyers r T&T VIP & ex Sierramas buyers.

Yeah, even the superlinks at Garden Manor sold out within a couple of hrs on soft launch 2-3 years ago. T&t has strong fansi.

Similar outcome to Three28, most of the small units or good location units gone before launch..
