Crazy. You believe this warranty from China?

My NAS spoiled before due to Intel chips problem. Lucky brought from local. 1 to 1 exchange even expired warranty. (It is known to manufacture problem)

packaging should be fine because they are renowned for packing very well. so the question is the price for the shipping + customs. And yes they do ship to Malaysia.
They are a better deal for US because free shipping for them but not elsewhere
the recertified which is cheaper than brand new MIGHT be worth it. yes they are used and recertified hence why they resell at a lower price. But some of these could simply just be drives that are resold once they reach a certain time period of a few years. So the enterprise would sell them off regardless whether they have issues or not. so that is what you are most likely buying.

They have a 2 year warranty i believe, so that is something. But if the drive you get is seagate, i'm not sure the rma is covered by seagate, but is by serverpartdeals themselves directly? i'm not sure. If it's seagate, seagate rma is good with free shipping, if not, then you probably have to pay shipping yourself for rma, which could be problematic.
