aiyoo, i thought nokia is reliable... had a bad experience with faulty camera in L720, thought of upgrading to 920. now takut.

Anyone upgraded from 920 to 1520? Would like to know whether it's a big difference?

920 to 1520 definitely big difference. Snapdragon 800 wei, that thing is a powerhouse. For me no $$ no talk. I expect that phone to cost RM 2399.
I only upgrade my phone even 2 years, now my 920 only 1 year.

*EDIT: From what reviewers say of their 1st impression, it's compact enough for  a 6 incher phone. And it feels light despite being over 200g in weight because the weight is evenly spread out and the phone is thin (~8.7mm). When i played with galaxy Note 3 at a shop last time i was surprised it's not as big as i thought, and even smaller than Note 2. Lumia 1520 should be around the size of Note 2.

Some great macro shots there! No problem with macro or manual focus, expect non-focused part to be blur. But for infinite focus it'll be apparent.

My favorite is still red, and until today i regret not buying 920 in red, but anyway white is my 2nd pick after red so im okay with my white 920. Dad is using a red 520, mum is on a black 625.

do you think 920 will be outdated soon when new model release? or being left out with new updates? like android..some model will not be able to receive new updates after a year old

I've checked with other forumers in L720 thread, seems like mine is the worst. Other users reported minimal blur, which is acceptable. Hope all goes well for my 920 purchase!

Seriously, Msoft already promised at least 2 years+ of support.    Must be another site or writer who hates Microsoft with a passion like TheVerge. There is no way Lumia 1520 cant run 8.1; there no effing way a flagship phone with Snapdragon 800 released just a few months will not get the next OS update, MSFT isnt so stupid to backstab their own OEMs and damage their own reputation.

If 1520 will get 8.1, 1320 will also sport 8.1 (that phone will only come out in early 2014) and that phone has almost same specs with 82X and 92X series, so at least the higher end models should also get 8.1. Common sense.

hmm not yet try... tonight will test it out with my bro Note 3. Now working...

i see, that is why considering to switch from android to window phone, i am in love with 920. receiving whatsapp message in android is pain the ass, often hang,    and i have no time to tinker around with settings and customizing rom around to make it smooth. i prefer lumia smooth sailing interface and no need to waste time to modify rom to make it smooth. going to get it by next year.

I just claimed back my 920 from nokia sc for lcd flickering problem, now i insert the sim but cant detectable, anyone faced this problem? i have restarted a few time also the same.
