which way work better for abs anyway?

if u wan 6 packs, u need to reduce bodyfat 1st, do more cardio burn more calories n consume less calories. and u need different abs workout for different core, u need more than crunches alone.

main thing is reduce bodyfat% diet + weighted workouts + short-nonstop-intense abs workouts (5-10mins)

cardio only deplete your energy + muscle mass loss

bro, can't cardio and resistant co-exist? Footballer runs 10-20km in 90mins but still damn strong body.

i always run 20min before weight.

yes footballers r strong. if u can differentiate between lean body n muscular body maybe u can see.. footballers r more to lean (so many cardio their bf% is so low), they dont have the 'thickness'

one thing about before weight.. try to search up for more infos. what i got from many source is that u only need to warm up your body before weight but not run for 20mins. cardio will only bring your energy down, then u cant lift to your full potential nod.gif

He's actually skinny by a lot of Sifu's standard. I would also only call him a fit guy.

Here's another athlete, NFL player. Very strong, very agile, a lot of sprinting power.
