I think normal price in KL is around rm8500....is very hard to find below 8k here.....but i might be wrong

For me, if it is FHD, doesn't matter is 50" or 60" bcoz it is still FHD....I think one of the important factor is you need to know ur viewing distance. For example, if your viewing distance is too fat away, 50" and 60" won't let you notice any differences in term of detail if u watching 1080p movie...only different is the image get bigger. About viewing distance you can google it.....for example, if u r 6~7 ft from TV, the best size is 50", any size smaller than it, u loose out the detail (can't see it) or anything bigger than that, you might need to turn ur head around to watch movie....lol.

Yes, VT is a high end series (even now with WT)......I believe it definitely much more better than ST60....not that we can't tell the different, it is sad that most of us can't find a chance actually to compare it....just think when is your last time to view the VT and ST side by side for comparison? Besides that, when I look at the price, I just tell myself to forget it, even it is better but I won't able to afford it

Tats what I'm trying to say....besides little chance to compare ST and VT side by side....and even got chance, we won't know what kind of setting have been done to the system....

It is good that you can't see the differences because you'll save up a lot

The most discouraging part is if u can see different but you can't afford it....lol

Try to read some reviews and see how the reviewers describe the different (eg. better black, better contrast, better color reproduction), then try your best to compare on the spot....

Speaking from my own experience.... also went from 42 to 50 but regret la.....u shd really consider 60 or larger.
