If your current diet unable you to gain any weight or show any growth of muscle mass, don't blame it on the sufficiency of the protein supplement thus justifying you to buy a whey protein hoping that it can fix your problem. It doesn't.
Eat more. How much more? You can either find out on the links at my signature area. Don't waste your money on protein supplements. It's not magic powder.
actually i am 175cm height, 64kg, not very fat but got a tummy.
i want to cut down my tummy and also gain muscle. so when doing training i will eat 10 eggs per day, 1L of milk, one chicken breast, 3 meal without rice but whole meal bread and some vege. i dun eat too much is because i scare my tummy keep going bigger.
actually i also confuse should i do more cardio like jogging to slim down my tummy first, only i start training to bump up my muscle?
or any plan suggest to me? thanks.

If his current diet is lacking in protein, then drinking whey will fix his problem. RM2.5 for 25g of protein? I'll take that
i also think like that, cause i buy 10 eggs=RM4 (30g protein), Supplement 25g=rm2.5++
and i dun need to eat so many eggs....
