We are happy to hear that you have been able to successfully register your Early Access code. Please be aware that the items you have been granted at this point in time are the Early Access bonuses including the Mog Cap and Caith Sith Doll Minion in-game items.
The Collector?s Edition in-game bonus items will be added to your account when you register the product registration code that you will receive at or shortly after the game?s official launch on 27 August 2013.

Please note that the pre-order bonus items as well as the Collector?s Edition bonus items will not be delivered during the Early Access period. More information regarding this can be found here:

Players who apply an Early Access code to an existing 1.0 Collector?s Edition service account will already be able to see FFXIV: ARR Collector?s Edition bonus items in the Early Access confirmation screen as they will have previously registered a Collector?s Edition product code.
As newly purchased Collector?s Editions will only have their product codes delivered at launch, the bonus items will not yet be displayed in the confirmation screen.

Please rest assured that you will receive your Collector?s Edition bonus items even if you cannot yet see them in the confirmation screen.
