i got A offer thru phone, 3k, not yet sign aggreement.
then got B offer thru phone too, 2k but is my dream com, A is not. hw do i convice B increase the paid as i only can inform B verbally, with no solid proof that it is reallly somebody offer 3K? |

is it true thay opt to other candidate if i insist of changes in the salary? is contract position..... oh my!!! hw abt if i know currently B is opening to take lots of staff? |
