i got A offer thru phone, 3k, not yet sign aggreement.
then got B offer thru phone too, 2k but is my dream com, A is not.
hw do i convice B increase the paid as i only can inform B verbally, with no solid proof that it is reallly somebody offer 3K?

Just tell B that you got another offer with 3k. If B want you, B will increase the pay for you

If its a contract then they will just get another person, because why pay more when there are others waiting in line.

If its an employee position then they might counter-offer you. Its your call.

moeny is not everything yet when you are young.do something u have the heart for and you`ll do better than others...in that case after that you can ask for pay increment when your job outcome shows u deserve better

True,just tell them u have better offer. however. sometimes the package budgeted is only 2k for this position. No chance to counter unless manager raise special case.
