would like to buy a new plate, and transfer it to my current registered car. anyone can share contacts/procedures to do this and how much it would cost?

I do not ride bikes so it would be a waste to buy a new bike just for this purpose.

After purchase, how long do we have to register the plate? Whats happens if we dont register within the required period?

A bit confuse here, is it better to purchase the number plate BMW series through "Purchase via mysikap" / "Manual dropby JPJ office using normal form" / "Runner" / "BMW Sale agent". Understand that some number might already pre-register by BMW company it self.... ANY SUGGESTION cause really wanna get the number while I am staying in SABAH.

Hi, my sis is buying a car. I have mysikap ID. Can i purcase no.plate thru mysikap using my name, and register it to the car under her name? Or cannot buy on behalf for mysikap and she needs her own mysikap ID?
